NCR settled shortly after being sued trading 2800 patents for the 2 patents Datatreasury owns. Merryl Lynch signed up without litigation and PNC with Diebold approached Datatreasury to use their patents . If a bill gets passed in this country taking away something that this company owns because the defendant is huge and the plaintiff is tiny , we might as well call it a day for free enterprise in America.
